ENTRY VISA & IMMIGRATION CLEARANCE
If you are a non-citizen of Philippines, you MAY need to apply a visa to enter the country. You can check is your country in the visa-exemption list here: https://dfa-oca.ph/visa/visa-general-info/
EO members are responsible for arranging their travel on time for attendance at EO events—including, but not limited to, all immigration- and visa-related costs and paperwork. If you fail to receive the appropriate approvals to enter a country, EO takes no responsibility for acquiring or monitoring the status of a visa for any member. EO can support you in your quest for immigration approval by providing:

Liaise with ministries, immigration, embassies, or consulates on behalf of any member.
PRE-ARRIVAL PROCEDURES
72 hours (3 days) prior to your arrival into or departure from the Philippines, travelers can fill up the e-Travel form and are enjoined to present their proof of eTravel registration prior to boarding their flight. https://etravel.gov.ph/
ARRIVAL GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Grab ride-hailing services is the most recommended application to book your trip going to hotel.
Note: Grab works across: Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. There is no need to re-download the application when booking for your ride.

*** Traffic can become quite congested during peak hours, please allocate some extra time for your commute.
Another choice is Yellow Airport Taxi service. To catch a yellow metered taxi from any terminal you arrive at, follow these steps: exit the airport arrivals area and proceed to the designated yellow metered taxi queue. The initial fare is PHP 75, and it covers the first 500 meters of your journey and charged PHP 4.00 for every 300 meters.
*** The taxi lines will usually have an Airport Officer who gives you a Regular Taxi Security Slip with all the taxi information for you to keep. Do not give this to your driver. This provides you with the contact details for complaints. Once in your cab, make sure the meter is on.
